Very cool...Amazing!I sometimes do an upper back exercise when walking that requires that I point alternately across the midline and follow only with my eyes without moving my head. And my daughter's school used to do Brain Gym in the am, and would "cross the midline"? in several exercises.I just had NO IDEA how necessary and beneficial it really was!Wow...Thanks Noreen!
You're welcome Circe! When we're walking and swinging our arms, we're following a natural movement and the energies often correct themselves which is why we feel so energised after a good walk. So doing this exercise if you sit for long periods or feel under par or sluggish is great :-)
