I love this line, I think its meaning is really beautiful. I think it means surrender your ego to Love. Forget about being right and open your heart.
This is an excerpt from The Prophet by Kahlil Gibran about Love which I think says basically the same thing:
When love beckons to you, follow him,
Though his ways are hard and steep.
