It is truly empowering to know that we play a huge role in our healing, though not the only role. That's why we need others, not because we can't go it alone but because most of us don't want to. The connection and love we give and receive nourishes us on a fundamental and essential level, babies can't survive or thrive without it and neither can adults. But that need for love does not make us powerless, it makes us vulnerable, but we often confuse the two.
The welfare of each is bound up in the welfare of all ~ Helen Keller

like you said we are all healer. the difference between others it is our frequency. some have lower vibrations. when they come to be healed they have to be agree to be healed and they will match your frequency that is higher than them and when they got this frequency they will heal themselves. sometime it does not work because they have afraid about this higher frequency and they block the flow.
You know I've gotten to the stage where I cringe when I hear the terms "vibration" "frequency". Too often they are used to browbeat people who already don't feel good into feeling worse.
We also have this idea that there is just one plane of movement, up or down, low or high frequency. But emotions are dynamic and some of the so called low frequency emotions (or negative as some might call them) are appropriate for different situations. Allowing emotions helps them move, shaming ourselves or other for not being on a "high" frequency or a frequency as high as us (who is to say that anyway), is not helpful at all in my opinion and experience.
Also, if a client were to come to me and I had an attitude of "I am on a higher frequency than you", how do you think they would feel? Not good, I'm guessing.
