This exercise is from Donna Eden's excellent book
Energy Medicine. I have had great success with this beautifully simple exercise:
When you are caught in fear, anxiety, or a phobia, tapping a point on the triple warmer meridian (gamut spot in EFT), which governs the flight-or-flight response, can alleviate the fear. The next time you feel afraid (time - about 1 minute):
1. Start tapping on the gamut spot. Tap for about a minute.
2. If you still feel fear, tap on the other hand.
Even for a long-standing phobia, repeatedly using this technique begins to alter the underlying energetic pattern.

will it work against fear of ghosts?? i guess not!

Noreen, would this have an effect on healing the thyroid gland as well? I have hypothyroidism and would love to get off my low dose of thyroid medicine. I really don't want to take it for the rest of my life like my doctor has suggested!
I have that "underlying energetic pattern of fear" too that needs dissolving!

It would Gayle, the thyroid meridian is the meridian of hope, so tapping on the theme of feeling down, fearful or depressed will definitely improve thyroid function xx
